Media Platform Specialist
As a Media Platform Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting the technology and operations behind digital advertising campaigns across our Engage division. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll help manage advertising platforms, resolve operational challenges, analyse campaign data, and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, problem-solving, and data analysis in a fast-paced environment. You'll work across a range of advertising technologies and contribute to improving how we deliver media solutions for partners and fans around the world.
- Support the setup, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of media platforms and advertising technologies.
- Assist internal teams with campaign delivery, platform requests, issue resolution, and operational support.
- Extract, analyse, and interpret platform data to provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Manage and monitor tracking solutions, including Conversions API (CAPI), tracking pixels, and Mobile Measurement Partners such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
- Support testing, quality assurance, and validation of campaign configurations and platform implementations.
- Help improve operational processes, documentation, and best practices to increase efficiency and service quality.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, media operations, ad operations, campaign management, digital marketing, or a related field (required).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ad Manager (required).
- Understanding of digital advertising concepts, including ad serving, targeting, tracking, reporting, and campaign management (required).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights (required).
- Excellent troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities (required).
- Experience working with reporting tools, spreadsheets, and platform-generated data (required).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (required).
- You have experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads, or similar technologies (nice-to-have).
- You have exposure to programmatic advertising, audience activation solutions, or social advertising platforms (nice-to-have).
