This role of Chief Product Officer exists to transform market opportunity into a market-leading product ecosystem, directly impacting B2B operator success and the end-player experience. You’ll help us achieve sustainable revenue growth and market share by owning the product strategy for our Turnkey Solution and managing the overarching product portfolio from vision to high-impact execution.
- Define and execute the company’s product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy.
- Translate business goals into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Lead strategic initiatives across multiple product lines or platforms.
- Oversee product discovery and delivery across teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Drive data-informed decision-making using customer insights, analytics, and market research.
- Ensure strong product lifecycle management from ideation to sunset.
- Lead, mentor, and scale Product Managers and Head of Products.
- Establish best-in-class product processes, rituals, and governance.
- Foster a strong product culture focused on ownership, impact, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership.
- Act as a key escalation point for product risks, trade-offs, and prioritization conflicts.
- Communicate product strategy and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Improve product planning, roadmap clarity, and execution predictability.
- Support budgeting, resource allocation, and product performance reviews.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable digital products.
- Experience managing and growing high-performing product teams.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of Agile / Lean product development.
- Experience in B2B / B2C iGaming Platform products.
- Ability for business trips or relocation to Cyprus.
- Prior experience working with executive leadership or board-level stakeholders.
- Background in data-driven product organizations.
- Experience scaling products in high-growth environments.
