Description

This role exists to scale our market presence and drive high-quality lead generation. You’ll help us hit aggressive growth targets by owning the entire media lifecycle—from strategic channel selection to the final click and conversion.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and DSPs to ensure our brand is where our audience lives.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to translate business goals into high-performing campaign structures and KPIs.
  • Audit market trends and competitor movements to identify untapped opportunities in high-risk or niche B2B sectors.
  • Ship data-driven ad placements, managing significant budgets with a relentless focus on ROI and efficient fund allocation.
  • Measure real-time performance using GA4 and platform analytics, pivoting strategies instantly when data reveals a bottleneck.
  • Scale winning campaigns while ruthlessly cutting underperforming spend to maintain a lean, high-impact engine.
  • Simplify complex datasets into actionable insights through regular performance reports that tell a story, not just list numbers.
  • Negotiate with media vendors to secure premium placements and better rates, maximizing the impact of every dollar spent.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on media buying experience (Agency background is a massive plus).
  • You understand the long-tail conversion cycle and how to reach professional decision-makers.
  • Deep technical mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • You’ve navigated the complexities of regulated or high-risk industries and know how to get ads approved where others fail.
  • You don’t just "look" at data; you use GA4 and platform tools to drive 10% MoM improvements.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher (you’ll be communicating across global markets).
  • Experience with DSPs and Programmatic buying.
  • Creative copywriting skills for ad testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising.
