Middle Product Designer
Description
This role exists to transform complex internal operations into seamless, high-performance digital workflows. You’ll help us scale our operational efficiency by owning the end-to-end design of the tools that power our teams every day.
Responsibilities
- Identify and audit pain points for internal users, turning frustration into empowering workflows.
- Validate design hypotheses through prototypes and direct feedback loops with internal stakeholders.
- Simplify complex business requirements into intuitive user flows without losing functional depth.
- Ship elegant, scalable UI/UX solutions using Figma and established admin design patterns.
- Design detailed specifications, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for engineering handoff.
- Refine data visualization components to make massive datasets readable and actionable.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to align on technical feasibility and deadlines.
- Communicate the "why" behind your design choices, participating in active design critiques.
- Unblock development by providing clear edge-case documentation (empty states, errors, permissions).
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX experience specifically in Back-office, Admin panels, or Enterprise SaaS.
- Portfolio showing end-to-end flows for complex, data-heavy products (not just landing pages).
- Advanced Figma skills and a deep understanding of admin panel design patterns.
- Proven ability to ship products within technical constraints and iterate based on feedback.
- Intermediate+ English level and fluency in Ukrainian.
- Proactive ownership: You don't wait for a task; you find the friction and propose a fix.
- Experience with Design Systems for internal tools.
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints (how tables and forms are built).
- Experience in High-load systems.
