Product Team Lead for Platform Product
This role exists to transform our back-office platform infrastructure from a technical core into our primary B2B competitive advantage. You’ll help us unlock high-value enterprise Turnkey deals globally by owning the product strategy, overhauling the system capabilities, and driving international expansion across target markets.
- Own and execute the 12-month product vision and roadmap for the UBO stream, ensuring it incorporates evolving tech and competitive landscape data.
- Drive the functional evolution and UI optimization of the back-office environment to turn it into an elite selling point for global clients.
- Maximize the financial performance and positive ROI of your product portfolio through data-driven lifecycle management.
- Validate functional requirements for core modules (PAM, bonuses, segmentation) by conducting deep competitor and market analysis before major updates.
- Execute difficult product trade-offs completely autonomously in the face of heavy technical debt or regulatory shifts.
- Influence user research approaches, acting as the primary advocate for enterprise client needs within our engineering organization.
- Ship high-scale platform updates on time, tracking the percentage of features delivered against hard product deadlines.
- Scale and implement new product development workflows, exporting your stream's best execution practices to the wider product organization.
- Enforce internal transparency by ensuring your team regularly publishes clear, metric-driven work outcomes and follow-ups to the entire company.
- Partner with adjacent product heads to seamlessly integrate their technical tools into the core back office.
- Independently lead end-to-end product presentations and system demos for tier-1 B2B clients during pre-sales and onboarding stages.
- Teach product thinking to cross-functional departments (operations, support, engineers) to streamline technical execution and build better workflows.
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of 3–4 Product Managers and analysts.
- Build personal development plans based on ongoing 360 feedback, maintaining high team engagement (eNPS) and zero tolerance for low performance.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, with an explicit history of managing a B2B iGaming platform ecosystem (required).
- Deep, hands-on exposure to PAM (Player Account Management), player segmentation engines, and complex iGaming bonus architectures within B2B iGaming platform environments (required).
- Proven people management track record, with direct experience leading and scaling teams of Product Managers (required).
- Operates with 80%+ autonomy, including leading technical groomings, establishing 12-month visions, and making standalone prioritization calls (required).
- Direct experience running technical product presentations or system demos for high-value enterprise B2B clients (required).
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English for sharp stakeholder alignment across departments (required).
- Hands-on experience adapting, localizing, and configuring platform tools specifically for LATAM market infrastructure (nice-to-have).
