Senior Employer Brand Specialist
We want to own the employer brand in Poland and across our international talent pools. You'll pull top talent into our pipeline through paid talent marketing, meet-ups that the local community actually wants to attend, and getting our own people visible as ambassadors.
- Build and run targeted recruitment marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram and Meta to attract tech talent.
- Own the budget split across channels and shift spend toward what converts – we'd rather scale a paid funnel than rent a booth.
- Track campaign performance and feed the data back into smarter targeting and creative.
- Concept and host tech meetups in Warsaw that build real relationships with the local dev community.
- Tap local communities across our key markets and select conferences to put GR8_TECH where the talent already hangs out.
- Run the external comms around it all – Instagram, PR articles, job boards.
- Relaunch and drive GR8 Speakers – helping our engineers build their personal brands and represent the company at talks, posts and panels.
- Capture authentic office life by being on-site with the team, not briefing from afar.
- Turn employee pride into active advocacy through internal campaigns.
- Own employer brand projects end to end – spot the problem, propose the fix, clear the roadblock yourself.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with Talent Acquisition to keep candidate pipelines full and aligned to hiring goals.
- Keep employer branding plugged into the wider business alongside Marketing and Leadership.
