Senior Product Manager

Description

This role exists to own the product vision and strategy for our B2B iGaming portfolio, ensuring we ship products that scale, delight clients, and drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll make strategic decisions, align teams, and navigate complex integrations and fast-changing markets.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap across multiple B2B iGaming products.
  • Translate market opportunities and client needs into clear, actionable product priorities.
  • Drive long-term product strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Ship products end-to-end, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Optimize features and workflows using data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure products deliver measurable impact on revenue, growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to unblock execution.
  • Communicate decisions and results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Mentor other PMs and support product thinking across teams.
  • Contribute to hiring, interviews, and shaping the PM organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager, shipping large or complex products end-to-end.
  • 3+ years in iGaming B2B (casino or aggregation preferred).
  • Strong problem-first mindset; able to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Able to validate hypotheses quickly before committing resources.
  • Understands technical solutions and can provide constructive feedback to engineering.
  • Deep expertise in at least one domain (acquiring, antifraud, UX, marketing).
  • Autonomous, proactive, and fluent in English.
  • Experience scaling multiple products simultaneously (nice-to-have).
  • Experience mentoring PMs and building product processes across teams (nice-to-have).
  • Knowledge of European markets or regulatory environments in iGaming (nice-to-have).
