- Plan and launch CRM campaigns for Casino and Sports.
- Create retention, reactivation, and cross-sell campaigns to increase player engagement.
- Segment players based on activity and deposit behavior.
- Test promotions and new ideas, and analyze campaign results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams.
- 1+ year of experience in iGaming (CRM or Retention experience is a plus) (required).
- Experience with CRM platforms (required).
- Understanding of key metrics: LTV, ARPU, Retention, Churn, Wager, Turnover, etc (required).
- Experience with player segmentation (last deposit, last bet, inactive users) (required).
- Basic knowledge of Casino, Live Casino, Slots, Instant Games, and Sports (required).
- Understanding of offer mechanics (deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback) and the difference between public and private campaigns (required).
- Experience using Jira, Tableau, and Google Workspace for data analysis, task management, reporting, and presentations (required).
- Analytical thinking and decision-making (required).
