Head of CRM

Description

Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms. Perfect for those who aim to: Develop and execute CRM strategy for a specific LATAM market; Own the full player lifecycle: onboarding, retention, reactivation, VIP; Implement advanced player segmentation based on behavioral and financial data; Manage multi-channel communications (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.); Manage and develop the CRM team; Monitor and improve key KPIs: LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, Churn, NGR; Collaborate closely with BI, Marketing, Product, and VIP teams; Communicate with external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM strategy for a specific LATAM market.
  • Own the full player lifecycle: onboarding, retention, reactivation, VIP.
  • Implement advanced player segmentation based on behavioral and financial data.
  • Manage multi-channel communications (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.).
  • Manage and develop the CRM team.
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs: LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, Churn, NGR.
  • Collaborate closely with BI, Marketing, Product, and VIP teams.
  • Communicate with external partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, with a strong focus on retention and customer lifecycle management (required).
  • 2+ years of experience leading CRM teams or managing CRM functions (required).
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention strategies, and engagement mechanics (required).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove, Salesforce, FastTrack, Smartico, or similar solutions (required).
  • English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher (required).
  • Proven experience working with LATAM markets (required).
  • Spanish language proficiency would be considered a strong advantage (nice-to-have).
  • Strategic and commercially minded leader with the ability to drive CRM growth and retention performance (required).
  • Data-driven decision maker with a strong focus on measurable business impact and continuous optimization (required).
  • Proven people management experience, with the ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams (required).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (required).
