Junior Risk Manager
Growe is seeking a Junior Risk Manager to join their team. This role focuses on working with casino and payment risk alerts in real time, detecting fraud, and identifying suspicious player behaviour. The position involves analysing transactions, payment methods, and risk signals, as well as resolving risk cases based on internal procedures.
The successful candidate will contribute to improving risk processes and operations. The role requires working in rotating shifts, either from 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 CET, on a 5/2 schedule. Collaboration with the Risk, Payments, and other teams is also a key aspect of this position.
- Work with casino and payment risk alerts in real time.
- Detect fraud and identify suspicious player behaviour.
- Analyse transactions, payment methods, and risk signals.
- Resolve risk cases based on internal procedures.
- Contribute to improving risk processes and operations.
- Work in rotating shifts: 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 (CET), on a 5/2 schedule.
- Collaborate with Risk, Payments, and other teams.
- 1+ year of experience in Risk, Fraud, Payments, Fintech, or related fields (required).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills (required).
- Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (required).
- Ability to quickly assess risks and make decisions (required).
- At least an Intermediate level of English (required).
- High level of attention to detail (required).
