Description

Our client, a fast-scaling international marketing company, is a major player in the iGaming industry, with a dedicated focus on expanding operations across Asia. From deep market research and business strategy to performance-driven digital campaigns and bold creatives, the team manages the entire marketing lifecycle to help clients stay ahead in one of the world’s most competitive industries.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new product features and platform improvements.
  • Translate business needs into clear specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows) for development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product metrics and funnels to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Conduct and support A/B testing and other validation experiments by defining success metrics and interpreting results.
  • Maintain up-to-date product documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in digital B2C products (required).
  • Proven track record of writing detailed specifications and managing product backlogs (required).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using BI tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, Excel) (required).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance evaluation (required).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture concepts (APIs, data flows, integrations, front-end vs. back-end roles) (required).
  • Experience in iGaming (sports betting, casino) or other high-transaction, high-load industries is a strong plus (nice-to-have).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business goals into technical requirements (required).
  • Structured thinking and attention to detail, paired with a big-picture product vision (required).
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with both business and technical colleagues (required).
  • A proactive, self-driven approach and comfort working in fast-changing environments (required).
  • A results-oriented mindset, focused on delivering measurable business outcomes (required).
  • Strategic thinking, able to balance immediate delivery with long-term scalability (required).
