Performance & Growth Manager (Affiliate / SEO)
Legalnibukmacherzy.pl is one of the leading affiliate platforms in the legal bookmaking sector in Poland. Our goal is to scale affiliate revenue through an SEO-first strategy, performance marketing, and the development of proprietary products (player panel, contests, tools). We are looking for someone who: thinks in terms of results, not just tasks; can scale what works and cut what doesn't deliver. You will join the team responsible for the Legalnibukmacherzy.pl project and have a real impact on the direction of development of the most important area of our business.
- Planning and execution of growth marketing strategy
- Development and optimization: SEO (especially money pages and site structure)
- Content strategy (in cooperation with the Content team)
- Management and optimization of performance campaigns (Meta / Google / native)
- Testing marketing communication and user paths
- Data analysis: GA4 user behavior, channel effectiveness
- Cooperation with the Business Development team regarding: traffic quality and intent, offer testing (from a marketing perspective, not sales)
- Cooperation with the IT department regarding: implementation of UX / CRO tests and optimizations
- Building a clear reporting system for marketing activities
- Min. 3–5 years of experience in: growth marketing, SEO, performance marketing
- Experience working with: content websites / comparison sites, projects based on SEO as the primary source of traffic
- Very good knowledge of: SEO for user intent, website structure optimization
- Practical knowledge of: GA4, A/B testing
- Ability to draw conclusions from data and prioritize actions
- Focus on traffic quality, long-term growth, and consistent and transparent interdepartmental cooperation
- Work in a dynamically developing company
