Art Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Art Manager to lead our creative team in the Warsaw studio. Our studio in Warsaw, Poland is at the heart of exciting projects within a dynamic and fast-growing environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of artists across different disciplines (UI, UX, animation, etc.)
- Ensure delivery of high-quality visual assets aligned with defined art direction
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production to deliver engaging player experiences
- Plan and prioritize art tasks in line with project goals and timelines
- Mentor and develop team members while maintaining strong team performance
- Ensure alignment with global art standards, tools, and pipelines
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in gaming or digital art roles, with leadership experience
- Experience in iGaming and understanding of visual trends in the market
- Strong artistic judgment and understanding of UI/UX and game presentation
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and deliver high-quality assets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
