Producer III

IGT PlayDigital is seeking an experienced Producer to lead the development of online slot games created by external studios for global regulated markets. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between IGT and external development partners, ensuring that the creative vision, product quality, and schedule expectations are met across every stage of production. You will manage the full lifecycle of the project, ensuring the external developer has the information, assets, and feedback needed to deliver high-quality games that align with IGT’s standards and player expectations.

• Act as the primary liaison and project lead for slot game development, defining and maintaining the project’s creative vision, scope, and production plan.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure everyone has the information, alignment, and feedback needed to deliver on time, within scope, and to quality expectations.
• Plan, track, and report on production schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across all teams and stakeholders.
• Review, provide feedback, and manage all stages of development, including prototypes, design documents, artwork, and builds.
• Oversee the internal production process with a focus on preproduction, production, and quality assurance, ensuring a smooth handoff to project management for final release.
• Foster clear, proactive communication between internal teams, identifying and resolving risks or issues to maintain schedule and quality.

• 5+ years of experience managing production for digital, online, or mobile games—ideally real-money casino titles—with proven success delivering externally developed products on time and to high quality. (required)
• Skilled in full-cycle project management from concept through launch and post-release, with strong organisational, negotiation, and communication skills. (required)
• Proficient with project tracking tools such as JIRA (or equivalent), and comfortable working in Agile or hybrid environments. (required)
• Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams and time zones while maintaining alignment with creative and business goals. (required)
• Experienced collaborator capable of leading without direct authority and fostering productive cross-functional relationships. (required)
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced development environment. (required)
• Experience in real-money gaming or iGaming, with familiarity in HTML5 and mobile development pipelines, and experience working with multicultural teams and external partners. (preferred)
• Understanding of certification, regulatory compliance, and localisation processes for global markets. (preferred)
• Interest in emerging trends in slot game design, player behaviour analytics, and cross-cultural team collaboration. (nice-to-have)
