Technical Artist

We’re searching for talented Technical Artist based in Serbia who are passionate about creating and improving art production pipelines. Responsibilities
- Implement 3D game art and animations in Unity based on project specifications
- Create high-quality art assets aligned with the game’s creative vision and compatible with production pipelines
- Select and utilize appropriate art tools, packages, and technical solutions for each project
- Collaborate closely with Producers, Developers, and cross-functional teams throughout development
- Work with designers, artists, and engineers to develop effective design solutions and incorporate feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience working with Unity
- Experience with VFX and particle systems
- Understanding of sprite implementation (import settings, sprite sheets, and atlases)
- Basic knowledge of Unity Animator and animation state machines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)
- Strong visual design fundamentals (composition, color theory, readability)
- Open to feedback with a strong willingness to learn and improve
- Good English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.
