Sales Director (LATAM) - iGaming Industry
Kambi is a leading global provider of premium sports betting software solutions, partnering with renowned brands such as Unibet, Rush Street (Sugarhouse and Rivers), Betplay, KTO, Penn National Gaming, BetWarrior, and 888. We deliver cutting-edge B2B sportsbook technology to commercial sports betting operators, casinos, racetracks, and media organizations worldwide.
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Director to drive strategic growth across the Latin American market. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in high-value, complex B2B sales within the iGaming or sports betting industry. The ideal candidate will be based in Latin America and have the right to work in the region. The role will involve significant travel every few weeks across the LATAM region.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within LATAM.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Build trusted relationships with executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders by demonstrating deep knowledge of Kambi’s solutions and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Executive Management, Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, Legal) to scope opportunities, respond to RFPs, and ensure successful deal execution.
- Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to inform sales strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor regulatory and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and competitor intelligence reports.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in LATAM with a proven record of closing large, complex deals; 2+ years in sports betting or iGaming.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Challenger Sales or MEDDIC methodology preferred.
- Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and passion for sports and technology.
- Ability to work autonomously on strategic, high-value deals; willingness to travel domestically and internationally at short notice; strong time management and commercial acumen.
