As part of the development of the Customer Service department, we are looking for an Account Executive for our CHR clients (Café-Hotel-Restaurant).

Responsibilities
  • You will support clients in migrating to the group's new solutions
  • You will contribute to the promotion of migration and ensure its successful execution by fostering client autonomy throughout the process
  • You will improve existing customer satisfaction
  • You will manage the client relationship following the handover from the Acquisition team
  • You will be the primary point of contact for clients and build a trusting relationship by ensuring personalized follow-up
  • You will manage complaints and handle issues of dissatisfaction in collaboration with the relevant teams (Technical Support, Sales Administration, etc.)
  • You will propose concrete actions to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • You will be responsible for promoting and animating products and services
  • You will ensure customer knowledge is maintained and updated in dedicated internal tools (CRM, ERP, etc.)
  • You will conduct onboarding sessions for new Pay+ clients, ensuring rapid adoption of the solutions
  • You will actively participate in outbound calling campaigns to promote and support the implementation of specific products and services
  • You will identify commercial opportunities within the client portfolio and gather recommendations to transmit to Acquisition sales representatives
