Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Financial Partner within the OBG (Online Betting & Gaming) Business Unit on a permanent contract. Reporting to the BU Steering Manager, you will be an integral part of our entity's development, playing a central role in decision-making through your financial analyses and relevant alerts. Your main mission: To ensure the achievement of development and profitability objectives for the online betting and gaming business by working on the various levers of the P&L and business model.

Responsibilities
  • You will measure, analyze, and communicate the financial and extra-financial performance of your scope.
  • You will propose adjustment scenarios to ensure the achievement of economic objectives defined by Management.
  • You will contribute to increasing the visibility of the entity's performance within the Group through regular communication of results (monthly, quarterly, and annual monitoring).
  • You will participate in the preparation of performance reviews, steering committees, and key business and economic highlights intended for financial communication.

Ensure budget forecasts and rolling forecasts:

  • You will co-construct the entity's budget with the business lines, in compliance with strategic objectives and the Group's budget framework (revenue, resources, personnel).
  • You will manage budget landing by monthly adjusting forecasts based on observed trends.
  • You will identify and analyze risks and opportunities, alert stakeholders, and propose corrective measures to ensure the reliability of Group forecasts.

Maximize the value of business action plans:

  • You will ensure the development of business line business plans and quantify the impact of projects on the entity's profitability.
  • You will regularly analyze the economic performance of activities and projects, and contribute to monitoring action plans.
  • You will support the implementation of continuous improvement and operational performance plans.
  • You will foster financial and operational performance steering among teams and their contribution to Group results.
Requirements
  • You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in finance or economic analysis.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a digital environment.
  • You have excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.).
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, rigor in data management, and the ability to simplify complex analyses.
  • You have good interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse profiles.
  • You are comfortable with spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of and interest in sports news is a significant plus for this position.
