As part of the launch of Nirio Business in the Bar Tabac Presse market, we are recruiting a 360° Communications Officer – M/F on a permanent contract (CDI) to structure, manage, and deploy communication actions dedicated to this new offering. You will play a key role in developing visibility, brand messaging, and commercial momentum among professional players in the sector. You will be involved in all 360° levers: external communication, digital, press, influence, events, and internal communication.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of the B2B communication plan and ensure brand image consistency across all media.
  • Design and produce communication materials (brochures, web content, leaflets, newsletters, presentations, case studies…).
  • Manage digital communication: B2B website, social media, email campaigns.
  • Deploy press relations, influence, and partnerships: press releases, press kits, external speaking engagements, media buying, partner coordination.
  • Organize and coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other professional events.
  • Contribute to internal communication actions and the organization of internal events.
  • Manage service providers, track budgets and schedules, and measure the performance of actions (KPIs, reporting, recommendations).
Requirements
  • Proven experience in 360° communication (2 years).
  • Skills in press relations, influence, or media buying.
  • Excellent writing skills, creativity, and a keen sense of communication.
  • Communication/Marketing degree (Bac+3/5).
