Project Manager - M/F - Apprenticeship
Within the PPP (Process and Project Management) department, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to managing the transversal projects of the Directorate. You will work on stimulating topics in a dynamic entity where you can be proactive and propose solutions.
- You will manage the implementation of innovative initiatives aimed at optimizing the installation and maintenance processes of points of sale, as well as improving operational processes within the Network Support and Operations Directorate.
- You will frame projects to identify and clarify business needs, as well as assess complexity, duration, and necessary resources.
- You will ensure project monitoring and management.
- You will lead and manage associated governance bodies.
- You will support change management and train users.
- You will produce high-quality training materials, fostering the skill development of business stakeholders.
- You will act as a PMO within the PPP team, supporting the Department Head.
- You will consolidate and update schedules as well as the overall project roadmap.
- You will coordinate and synchronize information with other PMOs to ensure a consistent project vision.
- You will contribute to the automation and monitoring of KPIs.
- You will provide backup for the person in charge of the business process mapping tool.
- You will model processes in the MEGA HOPEX tool, applying BPMN standards.
- You will assist project managers and process managers in modeling, providing advice, critical review, and expertise to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- You are pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in innovation and information systems management.
- You have strong writing skills, as well as analytical and synthesis abilities.
- You are proficient in the Office 365 suite and are capable of producing quality documents.
- You have a basic understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) modeling.
- You apply project management methodologies (V-model, agile methods).
- You know how to work in a team with good communication skills, empathy, and cohesion.
- You demonstrate adaptability, autonomy, and initiative.
- You are rigorous, committed, and reliable.
- You have good organizational skills, are proactive, and know how to share the progress of your work.
