Delivery Lead- PAM
The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful technical delivery of projects/initiatives by leading cross-functional teams, managing execution, and maintaining alignment between technical implementation and business objectives. Be an ambassador for the FDJ values by embodying it in all your work.
- Manage prioritized technical initiatives end-to-end—from evaluation through delivery—ensuring continuous monitoring and tracking in partnership with the Technical business lead
- Report on progress to stakeholders to ensure clear communication and commitment to projects vision and strategy and driven with a business mind-set during execution.
- Remove blockers and manage critical path activities while implementing iterative delivery approaches to realize value early and maintain project momentum
- Manage complexity in mitigating risks and solving issues within the project on behalf of the technical owner
- Manage change along the project to ensure a smooth transition to the future state of the project.
- A strategic thinker with strong technical background with leadership skills.
- Excellent social skills and the ability to build cross functional relationships
- Ability to drive and coordinate multiple projects
- Great stakeholder communication and presentation skills – able to coordinate and negotiate so all parties feel a fair division
- Excellent understanding of Tech organisational structures and ways of working including development processes and Agile methodologies
