Senior Digital Analyst

As part of our development, we are looking for our Senior Digital Analyst on a permanent contract. You will join the Analytics & CRO team to ensure in-depth analysis of digital journeys, guarantee data quality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.

• You guarantee the monitoring and analysis of KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement, retention) to guide product decisions, identify friction points, and propose concrete recommendations, supported by dashboards and A/B tests.
• You actively contribute to the definition and evolution of the product roadmap by integrating data insights from the initial design phases, in collaboration with the Product, UX, Marketing, and Data teams.
• You prioritize and process analytical requests from various teams, ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives and delivering clear and actionable analyses.
• You guarantee the quality, reliability, and consistency of data by managing tagging plans and correcting tracking anomalies in conjunction with technical teams.
• You ensure the compliance of data collection methods with current regulations (GDPR, privacy by design), while staying informed about technological advancements.
• You train and raise awareness among internal teams on the use of analysis tools and best practices to foster a data-driven culture.

• At least 3 years of experience in digital analysis that, beyond tracking, has allowed you to develop specific skills in in-depth data analysis.
• A genuine analytical and proactive mindset essential for optimizing journeys, structuring your work, and making your recommendations relevant.
• A sense of pedagogy and adaptability that ensures your collaborative exchanges with your various stakeholders (peers, business, and technical) are sustainable.
• Proficiency in the main tools used: Google Analytics 4, Piano Analytics, and Contentquare.
