Head of Product

FDJ Services, a 100% subsidiary of FDJ UNITED and an ACPR-approved payment institution, is seeking a Head of Product in CDI to replace a departing employee. Reporting to the Director of FDJ Services, you will lead a product team of 5 people (3 Product Managers, 1 Product Marketing Manager, and 1 Product Designer) and collaborate closely with Delivery, Tech, Marketing, Communication, and Operations teams. This role is strategic and at the heart of a fintech's development within a large group, offering products with a significant impact in an innovative and regulated environment, combining startup agility with the solidity of a large group.

• Define, champion, and implement the Nirio product strategy, aligned with the strategic vision and objectives of FDJ Services.
• Structure, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, budget, and associated KPIs.
• Conduct active market research and engage with customers to identify new opportunities, innovations, or product optimization areas.
• Ensure clear communication of product challenges and actively contribute to the development of product culture.
• Manage, lead, and develop product teams by structuring processes and fostering autonomy and excellence.

• At least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Significant experience in fintech, payments, neobanking, or third-party payment collection.
• Excellent knowledge of API environments, digital platforms, and mobile applications.
• Assertive leadership and a strong product culture.
• A taste for challenges and a desire to invest in a developing project.
