NTIC DPO Lawyer - M/F - Apprenticeship

The NTIC/Data/DPO Department of the FDJ United Legal Directorate is looking for its future apprentice to support it in managing its compliance program and in supporting all FDJ United group businesses in matters of personal data protection and NTIC law.

• You conduct monitoring, memos, and research, primarily in personal data law and digital law (including AI).
• You write a weekly personal data protection newsletter.
• You manage the personal data protection intranet.
• You contribute to maintaining GDPR accountability (maintaining the register, drafting risk analyses, DPIAs, drafting policies, developing guidelines in collaboration with business units, drafting practical guides, implementing audits, and supporting post-audit compliance).
• You contribute to raising awareness among FDJ United group employees (creating materials, facilitating awareness sessions, etc.).
• You contribute to managing requests for the exercise of individual rights and to work related to Cookies.
• You contribute to the analysis, drafting, and negotiation of contracts for innovative technological projects (data and online marketing platforms, cybersecurity supervision tools, innovation POCs, etc.).

• You are preparing for a Master 2 in Digital Law and/or Personal Data Protection.
• You have a good knowledge of the regulations applicable to personal data protection and contract law.
• You have a particular interest in new technologies and a good understanding of the technical aspects related to these areas of law (LLMs, cookies, SDKs, encryption, etc.) as well as Legal Design.
• You are dynamic, proactive, and have good teamwork skills.
