Lead Full Stack Developer
Aleda, a subsidiary of Groupe FDJ UNITED since 2022, is a key player in the secure electronic transactions and innovative payment systems sector. The Java team works on a multitude of structuring projects: money transfer, dematerialization, supplier connection, authentication, invoicing, private APIs. We are recruiting a Lead Full Stack Developer – M/F in permanent employment (CDI) to technically lead the Java team and support its evolution. The future Lead will play a key role in technical structuring, elevating standards, supporting practices, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications
- Take charge of the most complex core topics: performance, architecture, code quality, security, private APIs.
- Technically lead the team: mentoring, pair programming, code review, skill development, best practices.
- Structure and maintain technical standards (testing, CI/CD, software quality),
- Participate in the technical design of projects (money transfer, dematerialized services, invoicing, authentication, partner flows).
- Collaborate closely with the Product, QA, Mobile, and Payment teams, and ensure a reliable and predictable deliverable.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: optimization, refactoring, Spring Boot migration, architectural evolutions.
- Be the technical point of contact and contribute to the planning, prioritization, and resolution of complex incidents.
- Around ten years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Java/Spring Boot development and proven experience in a Lead Dev role.
- Advanced mastery of Java, Spring Boot, Gradle/Maven, JSF, and distributed architectures.
- Experience in modern frontend: Typescript, Angular, Ionic, Cordova, or Flutter.
- Genuine ease in advanced diagnostics, problem-solving, and technical structuring.
- Technological curiosity, strong adaptability, and a desire to support the team's skill development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible posture, suited to a constantly transforming environment.
