Manager of Fraud and Money Laundering Operations
Within the Security & Compliance department, you will lead the Fraud Prevention & Digital AML Monitoring team of 5 people and be an essential pillar in the fight against fraud and money laundering in the monopolistic activity in France. You will guarantee and supervise the monitoring and detection of atypical operations that may relate to fraud or money laundering, as well as the processing of identified cases, up to the declaration of suspicion. You will lead the operational implementation of the anti-gaming fraud system at FDJ level and participate in the Group system.
- You will manage and develop the team, supporting their skill development and performance.
- You will guarantee and supervise the detection and processing of atypical operations related to fraud and money laundering, up to the declarations of suspicion.
- You will lead the operational implementation of the anti-gaming fraud system for FDJ (governance, indicators, alerts, training, and awareness) and contribute to the Group system.
- You will drive continuous improvement of processes, controls, and security systems, leveraging data and appropriate tools.
- You will oversee customer due diligence obligations and regulatory frameworks for business relationships (PEP, asset freezes, source of funds), as well as associated processing (enhanced due diligence, account blocking, complaints).
- You will lead risk analyses, investigations, and prevention systems for digital and point-of-sale activities (mapping, validation of large winnings, sanctions).
- At least 7 years of expertise in compliance and/or fraud and money laundering prevention, with significant team management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team spirit, enabling you to unite the team around common goals and support their development.
- A proactive approach and the ability to propose solutions in managing complex and structuring activities. You are committed to providing solutions that improve practices.
- Proficiency with IT tools and data (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, data analysis tools).
- Fluent English level.
