Platform Engineer
Description
As part of our development, we are looking for a Platform Engineer on a permanent contract (CDI). You will join the Container Engineering team, where, in collaboration with the Product Owner and your peers, you will design Kubernetes-oriented platforms to offer internal teams IT services that can be consumed in self-service. At the heart of FDJ United's technological innovation, you will contribute to strategic Cloud transformation projects. You will work in an agile, collaborative, and stimulating environment, surrounded by an experienced multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust and secure Kubernetes clusters.
- Automate operations (provisioning, scaling, upgrades) using CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Develop and maintain components and scripts for the integration and management of containerized services.
- Supervise, monitor, and optimize the performance of Kubernetes and Cloud environments.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for complex incidents.
- Conduct technological watch on Kubernetes, automation, and DevOps tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience where you have acquired skills in Kubernetes and Linux systems, essential for ensuring the design of these platforms.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Gitlab and Docker) and a good DevOps culture.
- Knowledge of private infrastructures (VMware, Openstack, Storage...) and Public (AWS highly appreciated), and the ability to work in Agile Scrum mode.
- Automation skills (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills that allow you to bridge the gap between different teams (product, Dev, Infra, and architecture).
