N2 Payment Support Technician

As part of an increase in activity, we are looking for our future N2 Technician on a permanent contract in Bordeaux.

• Take calls, gather needs, qualify and resolve level 2 requests and incidents escalated by level 1 support, using existing procedures.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software remotely.
• Occasionally intervene on servers, networks, and client databases in conjunction with N3 technicians.
• Analyze the quality of services provided to users and technological choices to better respond to them.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
