Test Chapter Lead

In a context of continuous transformation and increasing maturity of testing practices, we are looking for a Test Chapter Lead on a permanent contract (CDI). As a transverse role within the Tech & Product teams, interacting with all squads, you will be responsible for the framework, consistency, and maturity of testing practices within the squads.

• Define and drive the test strategy & its automation
• Prototype, experiment, and industrialize practices
• Standardize to ensure consistency, reliability, and sustainability

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or a university degree with a specialization in IT.
• You have significant professional experience (+8 years) in software quality, automation, Data Engineering, or DataOps acquired in a Lakehouse or data platform context.
• You have solid experience in test automation, ideally in a Data environment (ETL/ELT, pipelines, SQL/dbt tests).
• You master unit tests (Python, SQL) and dbt tests.
• You have a very good understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• You have knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, and IaC.
• You master Data concepts: ingestion, transformation, quality, validation, modeling.
• You have the ability to influence, challenge, and unite without hierarchical authority.
• You are recognized for your rigor, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex concepts.
