Content Editor - Fluent German
Legend is growing and seeking a fluent German-speaking Content Editor to join their team. Reporting to a Content Manager, this role involves creating engaging content for German-speaking markets, with an initial focus on Austria. The position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth through collaboration with experts in Content, SEO, and Product within the iGaming industry. - Editing, Proofreading, Writing & Publishing: Write new and optimise existing content to make it engaging for our German-speaking audiences [focusing on Austria to start]
- SEO Optimised Content: Producing optimised content that engages our audiences and meets SEO best practices, using tools like Ahrefs, SemRush and SurferSEO to recommend ways we can optimise our content.
- Audience Engagement & Data Driven: Use your analytical skills and keen eye to suggest new, innovative ways of engaging our iGaming audience and expanding our reach in the market.
- Self-Development: Work as part of a high-performing team and set personal development goals to continually grow your own skill set.
- Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams in the company, including Country Managers, Product, UX Design, and Engineering.
- Leadership: Managing external writers to ensure deadlines are being met and content is of a high standard.
- Fluent/ Native German speaker.
- Proven experience in Content Digital Marketing - you’ll be able to demonstrate where you’ve been writing, editing and optimizing content across digital platforms to improve business performance.
- Hands-on experience with SEO from a previous role and experience using metrics to monitor/validate content success.
- Managing external writers to ensure deadlines are being met and content is to a high standard.
- Be self-motivated, imaginative and confident in working on your own initiative and with autonomy.
