Senior Product Manager

Description

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead one of our core product areas, reporting directly to the Principal Product Manager. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with real ownership. You will define strategy, drive roadmap execution and work closely with Engineering, Design, SEO and Commercial teams to optimise acquisition, engagement and affiliate revenue performance. You will play a key role in setting high standards for product thinking, delivery discipline and outcome-driven decision making within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Defining and communicating a clear long-term product vision aligned to business and market opportunities
  • Creating and managing a high-impact roadmap focused on measurable commercial outcomes
  • Prioritising initiatives based on data, revenue impact and strategic value
  • Driving improvements in acquisition, engagement, conversion and revenue performance
  • Using experimentation and analytics to optimise user journeys and inform decisions
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering and Design to ensure high quality and predictable delivery
  • Working with SEO and content teams to maximise organic growth opportunities
  • Aligning cross-functional stakeholders around objectives, trade-offs and delivery timelines
  • Presenting product strategy, performance insights and roadmap updates to senior leadership
  • Balancing short-term performance improvements with longer-term strategic investments
  • Mentoring and supporting other product managers where appropriate
  • Championing accountability, clarity and outcome-driven execution across the product team
Requirements
  • Significant experience managing products end to end from discovery through launch and continuous optimisation
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving measurable growth or revenue impact
  • Confidence operating in fast-paced, performance-led environments
  • Strong data fluency and experience running experiments to inform decisions
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Leadership qualities with experience mentoring or influencing others
