The role involves designing and delivering casino games focused on the UK and EU i-gaming markets, creating game briefs and full game specifications, working in tandem with the math, art and development teams to ensure game mechanics are brought to life throughout the production cycle, and working within the team and utilising our data science and insight team to ensure we are leveraging all of the data we have at our disposal to create the best UK content we can.
- Design and deliver casino games focused on the UK and EU i-gaming markets
- Create game briefs and full game specifications
- Work in tandem with the math, art and development teams to ensure game mechanics are brought to life throughout the production cycle
- Work within the team and utilise our data science and insight team to ensure we are leveraging all of the data we have at our disposal to create the best UK content we can.
- Interest in games (most important!) (required)
- Qualification or experience in game design (casino experience is a bonus) (required)
- Excellent communication skills in a team environment (required)
- Developing an understanding of the UK i-gaming market, game mechanic trends and operator requirements to ensure our content remains on point (required)
- Developing an understanding of UK jurisdictional requirements (required)
- Being able to work with big internal and external brands such as rainbow riches and Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory to create new, innovative and appealing slot content focused in the UK market (required)
- Striving for quality. Work closely with the UK content director and senior content director to reach a quality standard befitting Light and Wonder standards continue these partnerships and working relationships to ensure consistency in our UK roadmap (required)
- Working with our content program manager to ensure timelines are attainable and met for all UK content. Triaging and Prioritizing feedback will be essential (required)
