Market & Commercial Strategy
Lead market assessments to identify, understand, and prioritize global commercial opportunities. Evaluate product performance and competitive positioning across regulated markets (e.g., Macau, Singapore, UK, South Africa) and emerging jurisdictions (e.g., UAE, Japan). Translate operator and player insights into actionable product and feature requirements tailored to local play styles and regulations. Work closely with the product development team to ensure solutions to product requirements meet local needs. Support regional pricing and product placement strategies in partnership with sales and finance teams. Maintain market intelligence on competitors, performance metrics, and technical differentiators.
Customer & Sales Engagement
Partner with regional sales teams to support strategic opportunities and account plans. Project manage large scale installations of new and existing product lines. Serve as the Table Games subject matter expert (SME) in customer meetings, trade events, and technical demonstrations. Lead pre-sales technical scoping and post-installation requirements and performance reviews with casino operations teams. Build and maintain relationships with key operators, distributors, and technical partners globally. Help to project manage and work on commercial proposals and RFP responses that align technical capability with customer objectives.
Technical & Product Integration
Work cross-functionally with global product development and engineering teams to ensure products meet regions’ specific technical and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with compliance and certification bodies (e.g., GLI, BMM, and national regulators) to ensure timely approvals and deployment. Support on-site field trials, configuration testing, and integration validation with existing casino systems. Monitor and analyze product performance and feedback to inform global roadmap priorities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Gaming Technology (required).
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) (preferred).
- 8–12 years of professional experience in the casino gaming or gaming technology industry (required).
- At least 5 years in a technical-commercial or product leadership role (required).
- Demonstrated success managing multi-country commercial operations in a gaming landscape (required).
- Strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks, gaming culture, and player behavior differences by market (required).
- Experience working with or presenting to casino operators, distributors, and government regulators (required).
- Proven record of cross-functional collaboration and product launch execution in regulated markets (required).
- Deep understanding of Table Games operations, dealer and pit workflows, and player engagement metrics (required).
- Strong technical fluency in gaming systems, networking, and interoperability across platforms (required).
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to build market cases and business justifications (required).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills (required).
- Ability to operate effectively across diverse cultures, languages, and business practices (required).
- Proficiency in English (required).
- Additional language proficiency (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple regulatory environments (required).
- Minimum 8 years of direct experience in the casino gaming or gaming technology industry, ideally with Table Games, ETG systems, or progressive technology (required).
- Strong familiarity with gaming competitors and their market positions (required).
- Experience managing installations or product integrations across regulated and emerging markets (required).
- Approximately 20-40% travel across globally for customer engagement, market planning, and product support (required).
