Head of Product Experience

Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Product to lead our casino product strategy and execution across our aggregator iGaming platform - Infinity. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Management, you will own the casino product vision, define the roadmap, and work cross-functionally to deliver market-leading casino solutions for our operator and game partner clients. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who lives and breathes online casino — from slots, live dealer, and Bingo to game mechanics, jackpot services, and bonus engines — and who understands what operators need to compete and win in a crowded market.

Responsibilities
  • Define and champion a compelling casino product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to business objectives and market opportunity.
  • Stay ahead of casino market trends — emerging game formats, iGaming innovation, player experience shifts, and competitor moves — translating these into actionable product strategy.
  • Own the full casino product lifecycle from ideation through to delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Act as the internal and external voice of the casino product, communicating strategy to stakeholders, operator clients, and game suppliers.
  • Build and maintain a prioritised product backlog spanning game aggregation, promo engines, gamification tools, jackpot management, and player experience tooling
  • Work closely with key operator clients to gather feedback, validate requirements, and co-develop casino features that drive GGR and player retention
  • Define and track casino-specific product KPIs and OKRs — including game performance metrics, player conversions, partner connections, and operator satisfaction.
  • Balance commercial priorities with technical feasibility, compliance requirements, and supplier roadmap dependencies.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners with deep casino domain expertise
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the product function
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX/Design, Data, Game Studios/Suppliers, Commercial, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Management and Business Development to support pre-sales, RFPs, and client retention — articulating the casino product's competitive advantages clearly.
  • Manage and develop relationships with third-party game suppliers, RGS providers, and live casino studios, influencing their roadmaps in our clients' favour.
  • Identify product opportunities that drive revenue growth, upsell, and differentiation — including exclusive content, proprietary tools, and white-label capabilities
  • Ensure casino product development aligns with regulatory requirements across all relevant jurisdictions (e.g. UK Gambling Commission, MGA, AGCO, etc.)
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role (required)
  • Deep, proven expertise in online casino — ideally on the B2B/platform side (RGS, casino aggregation, PAM with casino focus, or casino-first operator platform) (required)
  • Strong understanding of casino game mechanics, promo engine architecture, and gamification tools (required)
  • Knowledge of the casino supplier landscape: slots studios, live dealer providers, jackpot networks, and aggregation models (required)
  • Solid grasp of what drives casino operator success: game mix, lobby conversion, player lifetime value, and promotional strategy (required)
  • Strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder product programmes at scale (required)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills — comfortable with C-suite, operator clients, and engineering teams alike (required)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using casino analytics, A/B testing, and player behaviour data to inform decisions (required)
  • Experience managing and developing product teams (required)
  • Experience with regulated casino markets and working with compliance or legal teams on product delivery (preferred)
  • Familiarity with game certification processes and jurisdictional content requirements (preferred)
  • Understanding of RNG, RTP, and volatility considerations from a product perspective (preferred)
  • Exposure to agile/scrum delivery frameworks (preferred)
Benefits
  • Competitive benefits, an open and supportive environment as well as a modern and exciting workplace
  • The opportunity to interact with global teams on a regular basis
  • Tangible and genuine development - at Light & Wonder, you can take your career where you want it to go!
  • A stunning work location and flexible working practices whilst we provide you with the guidance and development skills you need to progress quickly and enhance your career.
