We are looking, for a Group Company, for Brand Portfolio & Creative Supervisor who will join the Digital & Betting Department.

Responsibilities
  • Creation, management, and oversight of the brand’s visual identity and all its related materials, ensuring consistency, recognizability, and brand awareness.
  • Creative direction and end-to-end responsibility for online and offline creative assets, including websites and apps, with a focus on quality, trends, and usability.
  • Coordination of the Creative, UX/UI, and Project Management teams, ensuring high standards and consistency across products and projects.
  • Team development and growth through mentoring, structured feedback, and development paths for senior and junior staff.
  • Workflow management and optimization, including oversight of stakeholder requests and the use of planning and monitoring tools.
  • Coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and adherence to deadlines.
  • Management of workflow and stakeholder requests using appropriate digital platforms for scheduling and workflow monitoring.
  • Market analysis, research on digital design trends, competitor benchmarking, and definition of guidelines consistent with the brand’s positioning.
  • Strategic contribution to defining communication levers to achieve marketing objectives at the national and international levels.
  • Active participation in ideation, brainstorming, and concept development sessions.
Requirements
  • Professional experience in branding, digital design, or communications, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating teams.
  • Solid experience managing ATL and BTL campaigns, with the ability to adapt creative messaging to different touchpoints.
  • Advanced knowledge of the main design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalents).
  • Skills in video compositing and motion design, with the ability to supervise or create high-impact dynamic content.
  • Ability to use artificial intelligence applied to creative processes to generate visuals with high creative impact.
  • High aesthetic sensitivity and the ability to translate insights into effective creative solutions.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing workflows and project management tools.
  • Positive and innovation-oriented mindset.
