We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Digital & Betting Department.
Responsibilities
- Strategic product, marketing, and CRM analysis to support business decisions.
- Monitoring business and operational performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Production and optimization of periodic and management reporting, integrating data from internal and external sources.
- Support for top management through dashboards, executive presentations, business cases, and forecasting.
- Advanced data analysis and KPI definition to transform data into operational insights and improve processes and performance.
Requirements
- Data Analysis & Tools: SQL, Python, Power BI
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (especially advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of English.
- Ability to work in a team, build relationships, and share information
- Aptitude for analysis and problem solving
