Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Senior Specialist
The resource will be involved in the management, automation and optimization of heterogeneous on-premises environments, with a focus on Windows and Linux servers, orchestration via Ansible / AWX, operational scripting and release processes based on CI/CD pipelines.
- Design, develop, and maintain automations using Ansible and AWX / Ansible Automation Platform for provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operations;
- Manage infrastructure environments based on Windows Server and Linux, ensuring standardization, reliability, and operational repeatability;
- Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate system, application, and release tasks;
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, integrating them into the build, test, deployment, and promotion processes between environments;
- Administer and automate application components on the Windows platform, with a focus on IIS Application Pool, IIS sites/applications, and Windows Services;
- Support application and infrastructure release processes using DevOps and GitOps approaches;
- Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to improve the quality, speed, and reliability of releases;
- Manage configurations, variables, secrets, and permissions according to security and segregation principles;
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on servers, deployments, application services, configurations, and pipelines;
- Contribute to the definition of operational standards, change procedures, rollbacks, and automation of recurring tasks.
- Practical experience using Ansible for infrastructure and application automation;
- Experience using AWX or Ansible Automation Platform for centralized orchestration, inventory, credentials, and job templates;
- Practical experience writing and maintaining PowerShell and Bash scripts;
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD in creating and managing build, test, and deployment pipelines;
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments in production contexts;
- Understanding IIS, including Application Pools, sites, application configurations, and troubleshooting;
- Experience managing and diagnosing Windows Services;
- Working knowledge of DevOps principles, automation, continuous delivery, and collaboration between technical teams;
- Familiarity with GitOps approaches, version management, and controlled configuration promotion;
- Good command of Git, branching strategy, and release workflow;
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for operating systems, application services, and configurations;
- Knowledge of key secure configuration and secret management practices.
