We are looking for a Customer Value Strategy Specialist for a Group company. The successful candidate will join the Digital & Betting Department.

Responsibilities
  • Sharing the product promotional strategy, to be tailored by cluster
  • Defining the contact strategy and communications plan aimed at strengthening
  • Retention
  • Churn prevention
  • Reactivation
  • Cross selling
  • Consistent application of the tone of voice and brand identity across all contact channels, in accordance with group policies
  • Execution of day-to-day activities to ensure proper implementation of the promotional plan
  • Overseeing customer segmentation
  • Managing and monitoring the allocated budget
  • Monitoring and analyzing promotional results
  • Regularly sharing results with internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Background in communication and customer relations
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing financial results
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strongly goal-oriented
  • Excellent ability to work in a team.
  • Familiarity with the Power BI data visualization tool (plus)
