Digital & i-Gaming Planning and Delivery

We are looking for a Planning & Delivery profile for a Group company to join the Digital & Betting Department, with the aim of leading the monitoring of the performance of our brands' online B2C business, the management of strategic projects related to digital transformation, and the optimization of internal processes in the Group's Digital & iGaming area.
- Rationalize the strategic lines of the Digital Group's business units and define the annual development strategy
- Lead the planning and execution of specific strategic projects for the Group, ensuring rapid implementation and constant alignment with corporate objectives
- Review business processes with a view to improving efficiency and compliance with Operational Excellence methodologies
- Monitoring the performance of the online business by contributing to the creation of dashboards and KPIs
- Operational support for the various brands in passive cycle processes and the management of the Opex/Capex budget of the BUs (Marketing, CRM, Operations, etc.)
- Participation in the annual budget process and operational plans for various areas of the company
- Production and presentation of roadmaps, analyses, and progress reports to top management
- Engaging various teams and enabling tools that promote engagement, efficiency, and prioritization of costs and resources (cloud working, recurrent business meetings, etc.)
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or other STEM subjects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Hands-on experience with the main tools used in a corporate environment (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Strong sense of curiosity and excellent analytical and synthesis skills, precision, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of English
- Aptitude for teamwork and good stakeholder management
- Professional experience in consulting and knowledge of SAP management software (plus)
- Knowledge of the betting/gaming sector and/or passion/knowledge of the world of online gaming (plus)
