Digital Operations Expert

We are looking for a profile to join the Operations & Technology Department as an Application Operations Expert.

• Planning, implementing, and executing application releases across different environments
• Management of application monitoring, tuning, and performance analysis
• Delivery, assurance, and troubleshooting on production systems
• Coordination with internal teams and external vendors
• Maintenance, configuration, and updates of enterprise middleware (IIS, Tomcat, Nginx, Redis)
• Management and configuration of application frameworks
• Analysis of application and infrastructure logs
• Support for the continuous improvement of deployment and operation processes
• Contribution to the implementation of automation processes

• Previous experience as an Application Systems Engineer, Application Operations Engineer, or System Engineer
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux systems
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Elastic/ELK, Zabbix, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with log management tools (Elastic, Kibana, Graylog, etc.)
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (GitLab, Ansible, Ansible AWX, Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts and code versioning is preferred
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage tasks in mission-critical environments
