Information Technologies Specialist
We are looking for an IT Specialist (protected category L.68/99) to manage the IT aspects of a controlled company within the Lottomatica Group. This role involves installing and configuring common devices and software, managing IT infrastructure, user accounts, and corporate Wi-Fi networks. You will also provide daily user support, manage IT inventory, and collaborate with external suppliers for technical interventions. The position requires knowledge of Windows operating systems and corporate networks, as well as experience with user workstations, servers, and email systems. Strong soft skills such as proactivity, problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational abilities are essential.
- Installation and configuration of common devices (PCs, TVs, Wi-Fi) and software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and periodic verification of backups and local systems
- Support in managing the company's IT infrastructure
- Management of user accounts on corporate domains (Active Directory) and daily support for users, both on-site and remotely
- Management and maintenance of corporate Wi-Fi networks distributed across multiple locations, including the installation and configuration of access points, and troubleshooting coverage issues
- Support in managing corporate fixed and mobile telephony, with configuration of iOS and Android devices
- Management of IT inventory (hardware, accounts, licenses)
- Verification and support for the functionality of surveillance systems
- Collaboration with external suppliers for technical interventions
- High school degree
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (up to Windows 11) and corporate networks (switches, IP addressing, network printers, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of:
- User workstations (PCs, peripherals, software)
- Servers (web and local, including data such as NAS QNAP and Synology)
- Email (Exchange, IMAP, SMTP), including internet domains, DNS, certified email accounts, and digital signature
- Proactivity and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently
- Teamwork and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organization and precision in task management
