Network & Application Security Senior Supervisor

We are looking for a professional to join the Operations & Technology Department as a Network & Application Security Senior Supervisor.

• Supervision and management of perimeter and application security platforms (WAF)
• Definition and optimization of security policies (whitelisting, rate limiting, bot mitigation)
• Analysis and mitigation of application attacks (e.g., brute force, DoS, injection)

## Main activities performed

• Coordination with:
• SOC
• Network Engineering
• Dev and Application teams
• Participation in CABs and critical change management
• Technical interface with stakeholders and management
• Support in defining security standards and best practices
• Management and coordination of the technical team
• Prioritization of activities and workloads
• Management of escalations and critical situations
• Multi-team coordination in complex contexts

• Experience in Cyber Security and at least 5 years of previous experience in WAF and general Application Security (required)
• Knowledge of the main tools and processes used in Security Operation Centers (required)
• Experience in the operational management of WAF systems (knowledge of Akamai and F5 technologies) (required)
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems (required)
• In-depth knowledge of network security aspects (required)
• In-depth knowledge of IT security issues (required)
• Knowledge of the main Red Teaming methodologies and techniques (required)
• Knowledge of the main application security frameworks (e.g., OWASP, MITRE) (required)
• Interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork in dynamic environments (required)
• Passion for IT security (required)
