Workplace Trainee
Description
We are looking for an IT Technician Trainee to join the Workplace Team based in Rome. The candidate will support the team in achieving goals, collaborating on projects, and providing technical user support.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support, addressing daily technical issues on Windows OS clients and Hardware/Software components
- Install and configure: Desktop, Laptop
Requirements
- General knowledge of Digital Workplace (Personal Computers, Laptops, Mobile Devices, Internet, and On-prem/Cloud Applications)
- Experience in providing technical support and assistance to end-users
- Skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining PC equipment and mobile devices
- Knowledge of email service management: Exchange On-prem and O365, Google Mail
- Familiarity with tools such as Teams, Outlook, Mail, Zoom, Skype, etc.
- Proficiency in English
