Media Buyer (PPC)
We are looking for a performance-oriented Media Buyer (PPC) with hands-on experience managing Search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing), with a strong focus on regulated markets such as the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid search campaigns for sportsbook, casino, fantasy, and fintech-related products, while maintaining strict compliance with platform policies and local regulations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of keyword intent, bidding strategies, landing page optimization, and performance analysis. The position reports to the Media Team Leader.
- Build, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Manage Search, Performance Max, UAC/App campaigns, and remarketing activity
- Optimize campaigns daily based on CPA, ROI, FTD, and conversion quality
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor monitoring
- Develop and test ad copy, landing page angles, and bidding strategies
- Scale campaigns profitably across regulated GEOs
- Monitor campaign compliance with gambling and advertising policies
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Work closely with Design teams, AdOps, Tech team and Sales to improve performance
- Monitor tracking, attribution, and conversion flow accuracy through MMPs and analytics platforms
- Generate daily/weekly reports and actionable insights
- Stay up to date with PPC trends, competitors pages, platform updates, and regulatory changes
- 2+ years of hands-on PPC media buying experience on Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads (required)
- Strong experience with Search campaigns in competitive verticals (required)
- Experience working with regulated markets (US, Canada, Europe, LATAM) is a strong advantage (preferred)
- Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, casino, fantasy, or fintech is a major advantage (preferred)
