Academy - Backend Developer
The Novibet Backend Academy is an exclusive, 3-week intensive bootcamp designed for ambitious fresh graduates or those about to graduate. This program aims to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional best practice in backend development. Participants will be embedded into Novibet's tech culture, mentored by senior engineers, trained in AI coding, and tasked with building a real-world microservices project using the .NET stack that powers Novibet's global platform.
- Participate in taught courses and hands-on teamwork.

- Currently in your final year of studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field (required).
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures (required).
- Academic or personal project experience in C#/.NET (preferred).
- Strong foundations in Java or C++ (welcome).
- Passion for high-performance tech, backend architecture, distributed systems, and solving complex, high-concurrency puzzles (required).
- Willingness to pair with AI coding assistants, prompt, review, and own the output (required).
- Excitement about building applications used by hundreds of thousands of people concurrently (required).
- Ability to dedicate yourself full-time to workshops, team coding sessions, and mentorship syncs for the duration of the 3 weeks (required).
