Corporate Compliance Associate
As a Corporate Compliance Associate at Novibet, you will play a key role in ensuring that our group companies comply with the applicable regulatory and legislative frameworks across all operating jurisdictions.
- Collect, renew, translate, validate, and archive corporate certificates and legal documents for group companies and connected individuals
- Maintain updated corporate records, monitor changes in shareholding and management, and prepare corporate structure and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) charts
- Conduct Due Diligence and KYC/UBO checks on existing and potential partners, suppliers, service providers, and third-party business associates
- Coordinate and prepare accurate, fully documented responses to Due Diligence and KYC requests from banks, financial institutions, regulators, and investors
- Collaborate with external legal advisors and compliance providers across multiple jurisdictions to support new company incorporations, implement corporate changes, and ensure local regulatory compliance
- Support the Legal department in documenting governance procedures, managing corporate resolutions, and maintaining corporate registers
- Partner with internal departments such as Treasury, Accounting, and Regulatory Compliance
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the group's corporate compliance and governance frameworks
- Assist in tracking corrective actions, managing compliance questionnaires, and supporting training initiatives on ethics and corporate governance for staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field. (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (required)
- Proven experience in handling Due Diligence, KYC, and UBO verification processes (required)
- Solid understanding of corporate governance principles and corporate record-keeping across multiple jurisdictions. (required)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail (required)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners (required)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English (required)
