Graphic Designer (Mexico)
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with strong visual design skills, able to create engaging assets across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate combines creativity, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign design.
- Create visual assets for digital, social media, CRM, campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Adapt global brand materials for the local market.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CRM, Media, and agencies.
- Prepare production-ready files for different channels.
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement of creative processes and trends.
- Maintain Novibet Mexico’s visual identity across all communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (required).
- 3+ years of professional Graphic Design experience (required).
- Good understanding and practical experience using Figma (required).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and creative design skills (required).
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (required).
- Experience with digital, social media, print, OOH, and video assets (required).
- Experience with global brands and brand guidelines (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of creative design tools (required).
- Motion Graphics experience (nice-to-have).
- Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) (required).
- Experience in in-house marketing teams, agencies, or digital environments (preferred).
