Head of Financial Planning & Analysis
As a Head of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) you will lead our financial planning strategy, support executive decision-making, and drive business performance across all functions. You will report directly to the CFO and collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders to ensure data-backed insights and scalable financial processes.
- Ensure financial planning aligns with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
- Collaborate with accounting and BI team to implement and optimize financial planning
- Provide variance analysis and commentary on monthly performance for CFO review
- Support strategic planning by providing reliable financial data
- Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives and presentations for executive leadership and board stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital components (AR, AP etc.)
- Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, coordinating with business units to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Propose and implement process improvements, automation, and cost-saving initiatives
- Build and maintain scenario models to assess potential business outcomes and inform decision-making
- Support mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, or capital allocation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar role, ideally in tech or online gaming industry (required)
- Proven track record in building forecasting models and supporting C-level executives (required)
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory frameworks (required)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (required)
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills (required)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels (required)
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) (required)
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (required)
