As a Head of Procurement Category (Marketing/Commercial), you will focus on managing and supporting procurement activities across key Marketing spend categories, ensuring efficient processes and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Own and manage procurement activities across Marketing spend categories, from sourcing to execution
- Support Marketing stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery
- Lead supplier sourcing and selection activities, including RFx processes and agency evaluations
- Support commercial discussions and ensure alignment with agreed terms and internal policies
- Oversee Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders related to Marketing spend, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with Finance and suppliers to support smooth invoice processing and issue resolution
- Monitor supplier performance and support ongoing improvements in quality, delivery, and efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and ways of working within the Marketing category
- Participate in planning discussions to anticipate upcoming Marketing needs and procurement requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to Marketing procurement activities
- 5+ years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related role, preferably supporting Marketing or commercial teams (required)
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management (required)
- Experience working with Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and P2P systems (Coupa experience is a plus) (required)
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills (required)
- Good analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail (required)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (required)
- Strong communication skills in English (required)
