IT Operations Specialist

- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Provide technical support across the company (in person, email, chat, or phone).
- Set up accounts for new users.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Keep updated the asset management system and hardware inventory.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Coordinate the purchase and deployment of new computer hardware.
- University and/or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field (required).
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position (required).
- A technical, logical thought process (required).
- Problem-solving skills (required).
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines, to prioritise and delegate (required).
- A keen eye for detail (required).
- English language (both verbal and written) (required).
- Computer literacy (required).
